The 19th edition of Nordisk Panorama continues its nomadic journey throughout the Nordic outskirts and will take place in Malmö, Sweden 26 September - 1 October 2008. Visit the festival's website: www.nordiskpanorama.com.

A number of internationally well-known Nordic directors have made their debut at Nordisk Panorama. The festival offers an unique opportunity to take the pulse of the Nordic Scene - to be among the first to see new films by proven talents and to discover new potential.

Nordisk Panorama is a full-fledged industry event, the festival being coupled with Nordisk Panorama Market catering to international buyers, programmers and distributors and Nordisk Forum for Co-financing of Documentaries, together attracting up to 600 professionals from more than 20 countries.

Nordisk Panorama is arranged by Filmkontakt Nord and a local partner in each of the five Nordic Countries. This year the City of Malmö is the local partner for the festival.

The Festival ambulates between the Nordisk Panorama Host Cities of the 5 Nordic countries Malmö (2008), Reykjavik (2009), Bergen (2010), Aarhus (2011) and
Oulu (2012), adding the colours of local and regional filmmaking to the vast landscape of Nordic short films and documentaries.
