FilmFyn is a small regional fund, covering South Funen, in Denmark investing in feature films shot on location in the area.
FilmFyn has a film studio of 2 x 700 m2 and are involved in several international films, from the development stage and onwards. They work closely with other Danish and international partners. Up to 5 shorts and docs are produced in the region each year. Film Fyn wants to cover a bigger geographical area to become more active in shorts and docs.

The Vestdanske Filmpulje is partly financed through the Danish Film Institute. They do not work closely together with the Århus Filmworkshop but take over when filmmakers have become professionalized through them. Vestdanske Filmpulje collaborate closely with the regions of Midt- and Norddanmark, the Animation School in Viborg and the Game development educations in Ålborg and Århus.
Vestdanske Filmpulje is part of the North Sea Screen partnership and others. In 2010 CineRegio will move to Århus and In 2010 – 2014 Vestdanske Filmpulje will be working on a Cross Media project.
Filmby Århus is one of the partners of Nordisk Panorama – 5 Cities Film Festival.

The POEM Foundation is an audiovisual production resource centre situated in Oulu. Its purpose is to promote, develop, support and maintain the audiovisual industry and culture in Northern Ostrobothnia and within the Bothnian Arc. POEM also allocates funding for projects developing the operating environment and entrepreneurial activity or services in the audiovisual sector.
POEM partners with Filmpool Nord, Filmpool Västerbotten and FilmCamp, to coordinate FilmArc, an EU supported project to strengthen production companies through business development in the Arctic regions. POEM also supports/promotes Finnish-Asian cooperation (mainly from Singapore and Korea).
POEM is one of the partners of Nordisk Panorama – 5 Cities Film Festival.

The Icelandic Film Centre was established in 2003 and the role of the Icelandic Film Centre is to fund Icelandic films and promote them abroad. Additionally, and crucial to the development of new generations of filmmakers, the Icelandic Film Centre is also enthusiastic about nurturing film culture in Iceland by supporting local film festivals, seminars and workshops where foreign and local professionals collaborate in both film and TV.
The Icelandic Film Centre is the only public film body apart from the film archives in Iceland. They mainly serve professionals. They provide limited support for shorts and scripts etc. Act as both film institute and regional body.

Filmkraft Rogaland

Filmkraft Rogaland is a Production Centre as well as a Film Fund. The aim of the fund is to encourage development and financing of film and television productions within the region, as well as stimulating the know how within the industry.
They support development and production of both short and documentary films.
On top of that Filmkraft organizes seminars and workshops, also in cooperation with the educational institutions of the region. They also cooperate with Filmby Århus, supporting films (incl. features) not picked up by the film institutes.

Midtnorsk Filmsenter covers the region of Trondelag and support 35-40 productions a year, mainly professional animations, shorts and documentaries. They also provide support for development, focus on media literacy projects with children and organize 'cultural backpack'-meetings with professionals. During summer a Film bus travels through the region where children get the possibility to make films.
Midtnorsk Filmsenter also support Kosmorama – Trondheim International Film Festival.

Østnorsk Filmsenter has existed for 5 years. The center covers short films and documentaries and organizes seminars, workshops and scholarships, also in cooperation with the educational institutions of the region. They also focus on support for young talents and on networking and cooperation between the many small companies of the region. Out of around 60 production companies, less than 10 have full time employees.

BoostHbg is a 3-year initiative (starting 2009) based in Helsingborg that nurtures exceptional emerging talent within the moving image industry in Skåne. Boost is a pioneering program that aims to develop new storytelling techniques in close cooperation with the various branches, industry professionals and rising trends.
The target group is primarily those who currently work within the field but who have not yet established their professional names in Skåne. Qualified individuals must reside in Skåne and will preferably already have relevant education and some professional experience with recognized production companies.
Boost works solely with talent development and support individuals working with film/TV and/or cross-media.

Film i Skåne is a regional resource and film production centre with the
task of promoting all aspects of films. Commissioned and financed by
Region Skåne and the Swedish Film Institute, Film i Skåne take an
overall view where the development of the audience, film makers and the
media industry is a tool for developing the film environment in Skåne.
The work of Film i Skåne is divided into three main fields – Film
Education, Screening and Production. The creation of meeting places,
workshops, festivals and marketplaces inspires both a new form of
narrative and the discovery of new distribution opportunities to reach
new viewers. Film i Skåne co-produce shorts and documentaries for a
total sum of 280.000 € /year (incl. 30.000 € for the development of
young talent) but also give advice on distribution.

Film i Uppland is situated in Uppsala and work with distribution of
short films in the region, mainly for children in schools and cinemas,
as well as art video programmes for hospitals and in public places.
Film i Uppland also work in cooperation with the Uppsala International

films in the neighbouring regions.

i Väst is a regional production centre and a public regional film fund.
Film i Väst invest in film- and TV-drama productions in Region Västra
Götaland (West Sweden). Film i Väst is one of the most successful
regional film funds in Europe. Around 200 feature films have been
co-produced since 1997. Film Film I Väst mainly supports professional
feature films, but also cover shorts and docs. They give special
support to new talent (firs/second feature film makers). Film i Väst
co-operate on long term basis with other public funds in Northern
Europe.

i Västerbotten is a regional resource centre for film and video. The
mission is to support and broaden film culture in the County of
Västerbotten. Film i Västerbotten is part of the Regional Development
Unit of Västerbotten County Council. Film i Västerbotten is funded by
the Swedish Film Institute and Västerbotten County Council.
Film i
Västerbotten co-produces shorts and documentaries and support film
culture in general by arranging events, seminars, further education and
much more besides. In particular the aim is to ensure that children's
and young people's needs are met. Film i Västerbotten also works to
improve the position of the motion picture in Västerbotten's cultural
and business life and thus increase its significance in the development

Film Stockholm works with media literacy, focusing on programs for
children and youth. They also support new talent (filmmakers up to 30
years of age) with the "Greenhouse" project. Film Stockholm produce
workshops for scriptwriting and documentary and provide a “talent
coach” (Anne Söhrman-Fermelin). The talent program supports 3 projects
